I dealt with both of Jim & Son's transmission shop locations. Both shops have provided excellent service and customer care, including loaner vehicles. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and concerned about my transmission problems. Jim & Sons has also been very honest with me, which in this day and age is extremely important. Should I ever have another issue I would definitely return to either of these shops. Definitely impressive.
