I have driven past Jim & Sons in North Canton a number of times, admiring their stick shift logo. So, when my 6-speed Toyota Celica continued to make odd chirping noises, I decided to give their shop a call. I was impressed that they had a perfect 5-star rating, which they have earned for good reason. Since I was leaving town and would not need my car for a few days, I scheduled an appointment to have my transmission problem diagnosed and repaired. I appreciated knowing that Wayne kept my car locked up in their lot while they were working on it. Now my car shifts like a hot knife through butter! They truly did a superior job and the customer service is stellar! Thanks, Wayne and Dawn! Your shop is amazing!
