After having a general auto repair shop diagnose my car problem, the mechanic told me it was necessary for my Jeep to be serviced by a transmission shop. I was assured that I would be pleased with Jim & Sons Transmission in North Canton. Wayne called, explaining to me that there were several electronic problems with Jeep's transmission. I got called 2 more times with updates. Wayne came across as being knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. The repairs were completed and my Jeep was ready to go the next day. Nobody likes to know their vehicle requires transmission work, but Jim & Sons in North Canton is definitely the place to go!
