Jim & Sons put in a new transmission 2 years ago and were really a great team to work with. When returned for an inspection and to have new fluid put in, they found problems with the vehicle that another repair shop had caused. Thanks to Jim & Sons, we went back to the shop that did the bad work and are getting the work done for free since it was recently worked on.
