Back in January, my daughter, who is a single mom and a teacher, gave me a call about car troubles. Being a mechanic, I would have been able to help her out, but being on the other coast, it was difficult for me to run to her rescue. Frantic to get her much-needed car back on the road, I searched the Internet and gave a call to Jim & Sons to inquire about their services. From the start, Beverly at the front and Wayne were so helpful and professional, and it felt right to have them look at my daughter Pam's car. Wayne kept me updated and gave a fair estimate of how much it would cost my daughter, and gave us a military discount as I am a veteran. With the clutch and associated parts replaced in a timely manner, Pam had a means of going back to work and driving my grandson around! I can not say how relieved I was, and we have had a great experience with Jim & Sons! A friendly and honest business. I would most highly recommend their shop to future customers!
