I came to Jim & Sons, after getting a referral from a friend, to have them fix my broken manual transmission. I was aware that it would not be a cheap replacement, so initially, I asked for an estimate. Dan and Max accurately quoted the job and answered all my questions. I dropped off my car and was provided with a rental for the week needed to complete the work. In the end, Max was able to rebuild my transmission, save me money, and give me a great warranty. I came back once again to change the transmission fluid because it shifted a little rough in the cold weather. Overall, I must say that I am very thankful for their service and their professionalism. Jim & Sons cherishes their customers and are passionate about doing a good job. Thanks to the whole team, and to Beverly in front, for the help.
