I found Jim & Sons on the Internet was very impressed with the customer reviews I read about their transmission shop in Cuyahoga Falls. I had called every other shop imaginable and was not impressed by a single one. Then I called Jim & Sons and talked to Max. Max impressed me enough to schedule service for the transmission in my KIA. Having a lot of questions and concerns, I was not only assured it was the right thing to do, but I also came away with a vast amount of knowledge about newer transmissions, how they work, and why regular servicing is important. I have read a lot on the correct procedure to service a transmission and I can tell you Jim & Sons does it the correct way. It was amazing to me how nasty the fluid coming out of a transmission with less than 50,000 miles was. The car shifts buttery smooth now and the difference is astonishing. Beverly is a real cool cat. Without a doubt, the most impressive experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop.
