    Once again, Jim has come to my rescue. I live in Washington, D.C., and whenever I am in Akron I have Jim service the transmission on my 2004 Honda Odyssey (200,000 miles). Whenever I have an issue or question about my transmission, I call Jim. Actually, I call Jim whenever I have a question regarding my van. ... I call him from the Honda service dealer as well ... Even though I am in D.C. he is always there, professional and ALWAYS helps me. I really trust him. In 2003, Jim rebuilt the transmission on my 1998 Grand Voyager. His shop is incredibly clean and his staff is great. I can not say enough about Jim, except that I would like to steal him and have him here in D.C.
