Once again, Jim & Sons has come to my rescue. I live in Washington, D.C., and when I am in the Akron area, I have their transmission shop in Cuyahoga Falls service the transmission on my 2004 Honda Odyssey that has over 200K miles on it. Whenever I have an issue or question about my transmission, I call Jim Currier, who is the owner of Jim & Sons. Actually, I call Jim whenever I have a question regarding my van. I have even called him from the Honda dealership service department. Even though I am in D.C., he is always available, professional, and willing to help me. I really trust him. In 2003, Jim's shop rebuilt the transmission on my 1998 Grand Voyager. This shop is incredibly clean, the staff are true professionals, and I can not say enough about Jim. In fact, I would love to steal him away from Cuyahoga Falls and have him open a transmission shop in Washington.
