I would recommend Jim & Sons in Cuyahoga Falls to anyone & everyone in the Akron area with a transmission problem. I had thought I had a transmission problem for several months and was fearful of taking my care to the dealership to be repaired! Jim & Sons got my vehicle right in, the service was great, and I received excellent pricing. In the end, it was not a transmission problem at all!
