Jim & Sons offers great service. My transmission went bad on a Thursday afternoon. I called Jim & Sons and arranged to have my vehicle towed to their shop in Cuyahoga Falls. Shortly thereafter, I got a call from the shop with an estimate. Come Monday, I was back on the road.
