Jim & Sons are true professionals in every sense of the word. I have taken three different cars with transmission problems to their shop, and the reason I am a return customer is due to their trustworthiness, fair pricing, and are extremely accommodating. My most recent experience is a classic example of the before mentioned. I took my Saturn Vue to their shop in North Canton for a follow-up transmission service. In the evaluation process, Dan discovered an issue with something unrelated to the transmission, that had gone undetected, could have resulted in a highway tragedy.
