Jim & Sons offers truly excellent customer service. When I did not have a ride back to my place, they dropped me off at my home. I was provided with a very straightforward and honest estimate. I received varchar(max) messages with status updates on when my car would be ready. I needed to wait until I got paid in order to get the transmission work done, but in order to keep the transmission in good working order they topped off my fluids so I could make it until then.
