It is always unfortunate when a transmission starts to develop problems, especially in a recently purchased truck. That was my situation. The two things I look for when patronizing businesses are honesty and good customer service. Both of those qualities were in abundance a Jim & Sons in Cuyahoga Falls! I can not say enough about the great attitudes of the two employees I had contact with at the shop, Max and Beverly! When it comes to transmission problems, an in-house counselor would come in very helpful, but Max and Bev took a lot of the sting out! Highly recommended this transmission shop!
