A huge shout out to Wayne, Holly, and the crew at the North Canton Jim & Sons' shop! I was broken down with a transmission stuck in neutral, 400 hundred miles from home, and on the last day of a one week vacation. Everyone, and I mean everyone, I contacted, said take it to Jim & Sons! I did, and they delivered! I had to extend my vacation for a week, but a 3 to 5 day job got done in 2 1/2 days, and Wayne had me back on the road the following Friday! Holly held my hand through the process with regular phone calls and updates, while Wayne explained everything that was happening — and did everything he could to get me back on the road by the end of that week. It was not cheap, but the job was fair and competitive. As being from out of town, I felt taken care of, and not taken advantage of. They even turned me onto their $50 coupon to save me some money! Thank you Wayne, Holly, and staff. You made an otherwise miserable situation bearable, and turned my frown upside down. I highly recommend Jim & Sons for all your transmission needs.
