True professionals! I was given a tour of the shop. I have been in many repair shops over my 30+ years in the automotive industry, and Jim & Sons have one of the most organized, clean, customer-friendly places I have ever had the chance to visit. Having some knowledge of the rebuild industry, I have faith their rebuilt transmission will outlast my expectations. And their torque convertor rebuilder, with many updates, make this product superior to none. I would highly recommend this repair shop, and they will be doing all my repairs in the future. Just remember a cheaper price probably means cheaper quality work. Fair, professional, and a quality repair center.
