Jim & Sons called me twice a day to keep me up to date while having my car at their shop in North Canton to be repaired. The problem with my transmission was clearly explained, and I was provided with several options for having it fixed. Needless to say, I would recommend Jim & Sons in North Canton for any and all transmission repair needs. Wayne was incredibly knowledgeable and fixed my transmission right the first time. The receptionist at the shop was also very pleasant to deal with when dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Jim & Sons gets the job done — period! I will never be going anywhere else in North Canton for my transmission repair & service needs!
