The team at Jim & Sons are great people. It is unbelievable how much knowledge Tiffany has. She told me exactly what was needed to fix my transmission, how much it would cost, and she contacted me throughout the service. While fixing the transmission, they discovered that I had an exhaust leak for which I was only charged for a gasket. I also had a rear-wheel bearing out on the left side that they repaired for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody with a transmission problem. They really are an awesome group of people.
