Thank you for resurrecting my Honda CRV. The transmission went out on it, and after getting a rebuild estimate from another transmission shop in Akron, I had it brought into Jim & Sons in Cuyahoga Falls. They towed my car, diagnosed the problem, provided me with an estimate, and even towed my car back home. At first, we were going to just sell the Honda, as the cost for a rebuilt transmission was hard to swallow for a 2001 vehicle with 175K miles. But, along with their rebuild estimate, they informed me that the rest of the car was in very good shape and would last as long as the rebuilt transmission. After deciding to proceed with the job, Jim & Sons towed it back to the shop — free of charge. Their transmission specialists fixed my Honda in record time and even fixed a couple of other problems for the cost of the parts only. My runs and handles like the day I drove it off the lot of the Honda dealership. Thank you for saving me from having another car payment to deal with, and giving new life and value to my Honda CRV!
